Calling All Prayer Warriors

Good Monday Afternoon Blog Family. Praying everyone had a safe and blessed weekend. Since my last blog on Friday, there has been a lot of anger, rage and destruction that has transpired. Children of God, we have got to step up our prayer life and come together and pray prayers that bring change in the hearts of people and in our land. Praise God.

James 5:16 reads, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” So, we are a righteous people through Jesus Christ if we are His children. Romans 3:22 reads, “This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.” So, we need to stand up as children of the Most High God and become the prayer warriors He has made us to be.

I am calling all Prayer Warriors to suit up and put on your full armor and prepare to go to battle on your knees. Ephesians 6:10-17 reads:

The Armor of God

¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. ¹³ Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. ¹⁴ Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, ¹⁵ and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. ¹⁶ In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Now, that you know how to suit up correctly, lets take that stand and send up prayers to heaven that will be heard. We need a change in our land and that change can only come through God changing the hearts of people. When the hearts of people change, then our land will change and be healed. Prayer changes things and people. Remember 2 Chronicles 7:14 which reads, “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers in this place.”

So, children of God lets take our battle positions on our knees and be heard by the Most High God, in Jesus name. God Bless 🙂
