Good Tuesday Morning Blog Family. Praying for all of you and your family, loved ones and friends. This is another beautiful day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. This is going to be a good day in Jesus name. Praise God.
This morning I would like to talk about giving all of your worries, cares, anxieties and problems to God. Why, because in 1 Peter 5:7, we are instructed to “Cast all your cares on Him, because He cares for you.” Very plain and very simple, just give it all to God and He will take care of it for you because He cares for us and loves us just that much. That sounds like it is so easy to do and it is, but we sometimes can make it very hard.
We all know that God loves us and how much He loves us because He gave us His one and only Son Jesus Christ. He didn’t want us to have to go through a lot of unnecessary things and carry burdens that were too heavy or too difficult for us. He was looking out for us even when we didn’t realize we needed looking out for. This is the reason that Jesus took those 40 stripes on His back and then went to the cross for us, to save us from life issues and to save us from ourselves. Because sometimes we can be our worst enemy.
Help is always near when we belong to God and have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior and being taught by the Holy Spirit. All we have to do is call on His name and He is right there, ready and waiting to do whatever He needs to do for His children. Matthew 11:28 reads, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and y burden is light.” That verse alone says so much and all we need to do is just be obedient and do exactly what it says.
Jesus took all of our burdens on Himself, He carried the punishment for everything wrong we would ever do and all of our pain and suffering when the was whipped and hung on that cross. Jesus meets us wherever we are, with all of our baggage, anxieties, worries, in the middle of self created problems, health issues, marriage problems, financial problems or whatever it may be. He is right there for you to cast it all onto Him because He cares for you and loves you just that much. He doesn’t want you to live a life burdened down with all of that . Psalms 68:19 reads, “Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.” Wow, that is amazing, He daily bears our burdens, praise God and Thank You Jesus.
So, the next time you are all stressed out, anxiety is rising, panic attacks are setting in, worried about things that keep you awake at night. Just remember, Jesus is right there waiting for you to cast it over onto Him and let Him carry all of your burdens, every day. God Bless 🙂
Prayer
Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Your Son and our Lord and Savior. Giving You all of the praise, all of the glory and all of the honor that belongs to You. Thanking You for loving us enough to take our burdens from us and carry them so that we don’t have to. You are an amazing Father and we love you so much and so thankful for all that You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit do for us, Your children. Help us to always cast our cares onto You, always. Amen
