Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. I pray this blog finds everyone in good health and in good spirit this morning. Thanking God for allowing us to wake up this morning in our right mind. Whole, healthy, healed and complete, from the crown of our head to the soles of our feet, in Jesus name. Praise God.
Well, this morning I would just like to remind you if you haven’t already, to get before God today in prayer. Asking him to forgive us of all known and unknown sin in our lives. Pray for this world to do the same, to fall on our faces and ask God to forgive us for the mess we have made. Forgive us for turning away from Him and doing whatever we wanted to do. Then there are those that have just walked away from God all together, Lord help them.
The way I see this, we have two choices. We can follow the news media and take in all of the negative and bad news and dwell on it all day every day. Or, we can choose to get in the Word and to follow and trust God. I don’t know about you, but I choose to follow and trust God. There is basically nothing else you can do, except to worry and I will have no part in that. Worry is a sin and we have done enough of that.
Philippians 4:6-7 reads, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” So, instead of worrying about all that is going on in the world today, just pray and trust God. Allow Him to give you His peace that will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. So much better than worrying and stressing out about something you have no control over.
Remember to pray Psalm 91 everyday over you and your loved ones. Psalm 91 is our prayer of protection and you need to believe and stand on it everyday. God’s telling you in Psalm 91 everything you need to know about what He is doing for us. Just believe what He is saying and trust Him. I can’t say that enough, believe and trust God at His Word, no matter what. Our God is bigger than anything that we come up against, even the coronavirus. God Bless π
