Friday’s Prayer

Good Friday Afternoon Blog Family. Praying everyone will have a safe and blessed weekend. Today for Friday’s Prayer I decided to post Psalm 91 for the beginning of the New Year, being it is our prayer of protection and safety. Especially with this coronavirus and all of these new viruses going around. Please, please, please stay prayed up and connected to God for you and your families, loved ones and friends. Make Psalm 91 a part of your prayer every day and stand on the Word of God. Believe and trust what He says in His Word.

There are a lot of people that have had the vaccinations and the booster, but there are also a lot of people that haven’t. There are also our babies and children under 5 that can’t get vaccinated yet, so please pray for their safety at all times. Keeping them all covered in the Blood of Jesus and protected.

Psalm 91

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”

Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the[a]fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and [b]buckler.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.

Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall [c]bear you up,
Lest you [d]dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will [e]set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With [f]long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”

Just a little reminder of our safety and protection in God. No matter what is going on around us. Have a blessed and God filled weekend. God Bless 🙂
