Good Friday Morning Blog Family. I pray you and your families had an awesome week and ready for a relaxed weekend. Well, today is Friday’s Prayer and I would like to pray and and ask that you please join in with me.Father God, I come to You this morning in the mighty name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. First, thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do in the lives of Your children. Giving You all of the praise, all of the glory and all of the honor that You are so deserving of.
This morning Father, I just wanted to come before You and just say thank You for protecting Your children. You said in Isaiah 54:17 that “No weapon formed against us shall prosper.” Lord You are my refuge and my fortress and it is in You that I place all of my trust. No matter where I am or what I am doing, I trust You. In Deuteronomy 31:8, your Word says “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you, He will never leave your nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” In Joshua 1:9 Your Word says “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Father, I know that You are always with me and my family, protecting us from all harm and danger. Anything that tries to bring harm and/or danger to me and my family, mentally, physically, emotionally, health wise, financially, racist, etc., is a weapon. You have said they may form but they will not prosper and I say thank You. Not only do I pray for me and my family this morning, but I pray for all of Your children and their families everywhere. To be kept safe and protected during these perilous times.
I pray for all of our children that are having to go to school or daycare. I pray for everyone that still works outside of the home. I pray for families that may be struggling right now. I pray for people that are sick with corona virus or any other sickness or disease. l pray for those who don’t know You will get to know You. Lord, there is a lot of evil, hate, racism, and anger in this world right now. I thank You for being bigger, greater and more powerful than any of those things. You are an amazing God and Father.
I heard a Pastor say that “We can see to the corner but You can see around the corner, we can see the top of the mountain but You can see over the mountain, we can see today but You can see tomorrow.” All knowing, all seeing and all powerful God. Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless 🙂
