Good Friday Morning Blog Family and Happy Friday to everyone. Thank You Lord for another safe and blessed week that you brought us through. Now, we can relax a little bit and enjoy this upcoming 3 day weekend. Thank You Jesus. Well, it is time for Friday’s Prayer so, please join with me in prayer.
Father God we come before You in the Mighty Name of Jesus, giving You all of the Honor, all of the Praise and all of the Glory that belongs to You. Thanking You for waking us up this morning and giving us another opportunity to Praise You. We are so grateful and thankful for all the things You have done, all the things You are doing and all the things that we know You will do in the lives of Your children. We thank You for Jesus our Lord and Savior and for the Holy Spirit which comforts and teaches us. You are so good to us and we just want to say thank You.
Father, as You already know this the 4th of July weekend and there will be a lot of outdoors activities going, in which a lot of people will be out and about. Lord, I ask You to protect Your children from all harm and danger no matter if they are at home or away from home. Whether traveling, in our backyards or out with groups of people. You said in Your Word (Isaiah 54:17), “No weapon that is formed against us shall prosper.” So we ask that You keep all harm and danger away from us and wherever we may be. Because harm and danger is a weapon no matter what form it comes in and You have told us no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We are also standing on the protection promises in Psalm 91 our Prayer of Protection. Psalm 91:14-16 says, “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.” So Father, we are calling upon You for Your protection and we know that You have already answered our prayer.
We thank You so much Father for loving us and taking such good care of us at all times. Just help us to be obedient to Your Word and follow Your instructions for a safe and blessed life in You. Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless 🙂
