Good Friday Morning. Praying that everyone had a blessed and God filled week. Ready for some rest and a little quiet time over the weekend. I know I am, Praise God. This morning for Friday’s Prayer, I will be praying for our children. When I say our children, I am talking about all children everywhere. Not just your children in your home, but children all over the world. So please, lets all come in agreement this morning in praying for the safety of our children.
Father God, I come to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. Giving You all of the Honor, all of the Glory and all of the Praise. Thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do in the lives of Your children. Father, I come this morning lifting all children up to You in prayer. Myself and everyone who reads this blog this morning come standing together in agreement in prayer. Matthew 18:19-20 reads, ” (19 )Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in Heaven, (20) For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
Father, we are coming to You praying for the safety of our children. When they are at school, visiting a friend, out shopping or anytime they are away from home and even inside of the home. Our children have been targeted in so many ways. They are being shot, injured or killed at schools and other gatherings. They are being bullied in ways that takes their lives or make them take their own lives. Child trafficking seems to be worse than it has ever been and our children are being snatched up everyday. Even in some homes the children are being abused physically as well as mentally. Parents taking the lives of their own children in so many horrific ways.
Matthew 18:6 reads, ” And whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” So Father God, we are praying the protection that is in Psalm 91 over our children. Placing Your Armor that is described in Ephesians 6:10-18 on our children. Thanking you in advance, because by faith we know it is already done. We know that You love our children more than we could ever love them and we place them in Your Hands. In the Mighty name of Jesus, Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless π
