Friday’s Prayer

Good Friday Morning. Praying everyone had a blessed and God filled week. Just a reminder to us all as we go into the weekend, with Christmas shopping and Christmas parties. Please pray before you leave the house and keep God in the midst of all you do. Stay safe in Jesus name, Amen.

Well, it is time for Friday’s Prayer again and this morning I will be praying for the Love of Jesus to be present for Christmas. Because that is what Christmas is all about, the Love of Jesus in our hearts and the Love for each other. So, lets come together this morning and pray for the Love of Jesus to be shared within our families and others.

Father God, I come to You in the name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Giving You all the Praise, all the Honor and all the Glory. Thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do. You are an amazing God and I love you with everything in me, my heart belongs to You. Thank You for who You are in the lives of Your children and all that You do in our everyday lives. I come to You this morning lifting up the love and hearts of families. That we will know the true meaning of Christmas and spread it everywhere we go. Loving people the way Jesus loves us.

Heavenly Father, the Christmas season is upon us and people seem to be a lot nicer during this time of year. Allow the Love of Jesus that they are experiencing to continue after Christmas is over and throughout the upcoming year. Families gathering together with festivities and celebrations of Jesus Birthday. Let us not forget that all of the celebrations are about the Birth of Jesus, not what comes wrapped in a box. We are celebrating the Gift that hung on the Tree, not the gifts beneath the tree. We are celebrating the Gift wrapped in swaddling clothes not the gifts wrapped in pretty paper and bows.

Thank You Father for the best Gift ever given to us, Your Son Jesus Christ. Help us to keep Jesus in our hearts not just for Christmas, but year round. In Jesus name we pray. Amen, Amen, and Amen. God Bless πŸ™‚
