Friday’s Prayer

Happy Friday. Praying everyone had an awesome week and ready for the weekend. I don’t know about you, but I have so much to be thankful for this week and looking forward to the next week. God is so good and He is so good all of the time. Having a grateful and thankful heart makes for a good day everyday. Well, today is Friday’s Prayer and I will be praying for God to help us to be givers. Acts 20:35 reads “I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ “

Father God, I come to You in the name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Giving You all of the Honor, all of the Praise and all of the Glory. Thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do in the lives of Your children. This morning I come to you asking that You touch all of our hearts in a mighty way. To where we will have a giving heart, to help those You put in our path. Helping those that are less fortunate than ourselves. So, when we come upon someone in need, we will have the passion of Jesus to want to help. Help us to be more like Jesus in every area of our lives everyday.

Father, my daughter and grandson on two separate occasions had the opportunity to help someone and I am sure they both made You very proud with their actions. I know I was a proud Mom and Grandmother, to see Jesus in them in such a giving way. Father, touch all of us in the way You touched them, to be givers when given the opportunity. Help us all to have the giving spirit of Jesus and always willing to go the extra mile for someone. Thank You Father for we know it is already done. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray.
