Friday’s Prayer

Happy Friday! Psalm 118:24 reads, “This is the day that the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.” So, let us start out being obedient this morning. Being glad and rejoicing in this beautiful day. Today’s prayer for Friday’s Prayer will be for the world. Shall we pray?

Father God, I come to You in the precious name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing, and all You will do in the lives of Your children everywhere. You are an awesome God and we are so grateful.

We come to You this morning lifting up this evil world to You in prayer. We have made such a mess of things down here. This world is in such trouble and we need You more now than ever before. So, we are coming to You in prayer for Your healing touch for this world. We ask You to forgive us and to lead and guide us in turning things back to You.

Father, help us to do things in ways that please You and not ourselves. Put it in our hearts to be humble and to seek after You. We are a sinful and selfish people, knowing and unknowing. So today, we come asking for Your forgiveness. 2 Chronicles 7:14 reads, “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Father, we are putting 2 Chronicles 7:14 into motion and doing what You have instructed us to do. Help us to humble ourselves, pray, seek Your face and turn from our wicked ways. So that You can bring forth Your Word and heal our land. In Jesus name we pray. Thank You and Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless 🙂
