Friday’s Prayer

Good Friday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone had a good week, safe and blessed. Enjoying this cool weather this morning, did a little yard work before the rain sets in for the next three days. Thanking my Heavenly Father that I am able to do everything that I have to do, no matter what it is. I ask the Holy Spirit to help me with whatever I am doing and He always does. Thank You Jesus.

Well, today is Friday’s Prayer and we are going to pray for obedience this morning. So, please join and pray with me or you can just say your own prayer.

Father God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. First thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do. Thanking You for protecting Your children and for Psalm 91, our prayer of protection. I come asking this morning that You put it on the heart of each of Your children to please follow all of the instructions that have been given to us. Going out in public, we have been asked to wear a mask to cover our mouth and nose. As You can see, there are not many people wearing a mask. I don’t know if they are Your children, but You do.

We are seeing in the news that the number of cases in some areas are growing rapidly every day. Health officials are saying that wearing a mask could help keep the number of cases down. Although, we always have those people that do what they want to do and not what they are instructed to do. Father, please keep the people safe that are doing what they are being asked to do. Some people have been threatened, hurt and even killed after instructing someone to put on a mask. So, please protect everyone that’s trying to do what they are being asked to do. Evil is lurking everywhere and a lot of terrible things are happening to innocent people. We ask that You keep Your hand on us Father.

Deuteronomy 31:6 reads “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you , nor forsake you.” So, Father , we are standing on Your Word for our safety and protection every day. We are asking You to wash and cleanse us in the Blood of Jesus and to protect us through The Blood of Jesus and we say Thank You. Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless πŸ™‚
