Friday’s Prayer

Good Friday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone has had a blessed and safe week. Getting ready for the weekend and some family fun time. I pray that everyone will have a safe and blessed weekend in the Lord. Today is Friday’s prayer, so please join me today and pray not just for yourself and your family, but for others outside of your family as well.

Father, I come to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. First thanking You for all You have done, all You are doing and all I know You will do. Not just in my life and family but in the lives of others and other families. I may not know the needs of others, but You do. Please meet their needs whatever they may be. If their needs are in the areas of finances, healing, peace, forgiveness, children, marriage, food, shelter, transportation, loneliness, employment, etc. Father I ask that you meet those needs and help them to understand that You are all they need. Philippians 4:19 reads, “And my God will meet all your needs according to riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.”

Father, I also pray for the ones that don’t belong to You or don’t even know You. Put someone in their path that can tell them about You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Help them witness in a way that the other person will come running to you. Asking, what must I do to be saved? Light that fire in them that will make them hunger for You more than anything else. Help us to stay full of Your Peace and Joy, because I know that is where my strength comes from. That peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and the joy of the Lord is my strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

Father, I thank You in advance for all of these answered prayers and supplied needs. You are an amazing God and I love you so much. I not only thank You for what You do in my life but for who You are in my life. I also thank You for all I know You will do in the lives of others and who You will be in the lives of others.
