Friday’s Prayer

Good Friday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s had a safe and blessed week and ready for the weekend. I know this week has been a lot different from what a lot of us are used to. All of the snow and ice, negative temperatures, no power and no water in some areas. We get a little snow in Texas every now and then, but never like what we got. Beautiful to look at but at the same time it could be dangerous to be out in. Thank God we made it through.

Well Blog Family, it is time for Friday’s Prayer. This morning I want to pray for all of the families that may still be experiencing weather issues. So, please pray with me.

Father God, we come to You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Giving You all of the praise, all of the honor and all of the glory. Thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do. Watching over and protecting all of Your children from the youngest to the oldest all over the world. Protecting and keeping us safe through the Blood of Jesus.

Father, we thank you for getting us through all of the bad weather and the affects it had on people everywhere. Thank You for keeping us when there was no heat, no lights and no water. Thank You for giving us the wisdom and knowledge to know what to do and how to do, in order to keep our families safe. There are people that are still dealing with these storms and what they bring, and we ask You to be with them and their families.

Father, we also pray for the families that were affected in different ways other than being cold. We pray for the families that may have lost loved ones and may have lost everything they had. Lord, be with them and let them know You are there. It may feel like they can’t make it, but with You they can. Lord, be to them what they need You to be in their time of need.

We know Father God, that there is nothing too hard for You to do. You are bigger than anything we come up against. We thank You for all that You do and for who You are. We thank You for what we know You have already done and made happen. We may not see it, but we know by faith it is already done. We ask all these things in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless 🙂
