Good Friday Morning Blog Family. I pray all of you and your families have had a safe and blessed week in the Lord. Getting ready to go into a restful weekend and spending some much needed time with the Father. Praise God.
It is time for our Friday’s Prayer and today I would like you to join in and pray with me. I have read some incredible stories of the kindness and goodness of people during all of the weather challenges we have endured. It makes my heart very happy to know there are still good hearted people out there. Helping others and looking for nothing in return.
Father God, we come to You in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son and our Lord and Savior. Thanking You for all that You do and for who You are in the lives of Your children. Thanking You for washing, cleansing and protecting us, keeping us safe through the Blood of Jesus.
Lord, we come asking that You help us to be more and more like Jesus, more of Him and less of us. Give us the desire to want to help people and be kind to people without looking for anything in return. Meeting someone’s need for the reason of love only and not for our own selfish desires.
Help us to make day to day choices that would be pleasing to You. Allow people to see You in us and in what we do. Let them see Your mighty hands at work through Your children. Continue to bless us so that we may continue to be a blessing to others. In Jesus name we pray. Amen, Amen and Amen. God Bless 🙂
