Friday’s Prayer

Good Friday Morning Blog Family, praying everyone’s had a safe and blessed week. Continuing to be a blessing to others that God may have put in your path. Sharing the Love of the Father and allowing Jesus to be seen in and through you. Praise God!

This morning I would like to share a little short and simple, but powerful prayer that was sent to me this week by my 10 year old granddaughter Chanell. When I woke up Thursday morning, I had a text waiting for me to read from Chanell. When I opened the text I saw that she had sent it to me at 3:30 AM, very early that morning. The first thing I thought, was why was she on her phone that time of morning? Then when I saw and read what she sent me, I completely understood. She was only following instructions and being obedient to her Heavenly Father. I knew it had to be God, getting a message to me through my granddaughter. I am just so glad she was obedient and sent me the message, because God knew I needed that and it was right on time. Her Mom said she asked her why she sent that to me and she said, “something told her to.” My God, My God, somebody better come catch me, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Yes Lord.

I don’t know a lot of 10 year old girls that are awake and on their phone at 3:30 in the morning texting scriptures and prayers. But I am so thankful this little 10 year old girl allowed God to use her to speak to me. She will never know how much that blessed my heart in so many ways and to know that she obeys her Heavenly Father. I am about ready to run around this house just writing this, so you can imagine how I felt Thursday morning. Praise the Mighty name of Jesus.

Father, continue to use Chanell in a mighty way that honors You. I was given the honor of leading her and her brother and sister to Christ, so I know that she belongs to You. Please continue to use her for Your Glory in Jesus name, Amen, Amen and Amen. I have posted the text she sent me below. God Bless 🙂

May be an image of one or more people and text that says 'God is saying to you today My child you are worrying too much. Remembering who I am. There nothing too hard for me. You may not see it, but I have everything planned out for you. Trust me. Amen.'
