Friday’s Prayer

Happy Friday Everyone. Getting ready to go into the weekend in which I pray will be safe and restful. We all need to slow down a little bit at times just to breath and rest our bodies. Today for Friday’s Prayer we will be praying for everyone with health problems. You may not have any health problems, but may know someone who does. So please join in and pray.

Heavenly Father we come to You in the mighty name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Thanking You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for all You have done, all You are doing and all You will do. Thanking You Father not just for what You do but for who You are in the lives of Your children.

We come to You this morning lifting up all of Your children that are having health problems. We all know that sickness is not Your will for us Father. 1 Peter 2:24 reads’ “By His stripes, we were healed.” So, that alone tells us that Jesus bore all sickness so we wouldn’t have to. Whether the sickness is as common as a cold or as life threatening as cancer, it still does not belong to us.

In the name of Jesus, we accept what He did for us on the cross. Isaiah 53:5 reads, “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. By faith, we are believing that we are whole, healthy, healed and complete in Jesus. No matter what the health problem may be, we believe and receive our healing in the mighty name of Jesus.
