Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s having a safe and blessed week so far. This is the day that the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24) Praise God!
This morning I will be sharing another oldie, but goodie blog. Sometimes I will go back and read some of my older blogs from when I first started my blog site. Every now and then I will read one that I feel the need to re-post because of things I have seen or heard. So, today’s blog repost is one of those reminders I feel we all need.
This morning I would like to talk a little bit about all of the messes we create in our lives. These little messes are created when we decide to step out and do things on our own. Not stopping to take time to talk with God about it and wait for Him to respond. Seeking Him before making decisions that could end up in a mess without Him. I know, we are all guilty of this.
Sometimes, it is so easy to get ahead of God and that is not a good thing at all. We need to get in the habit of seeking God in everything, because He knows what is best for us. We do things sometimes based on our feelings and that is a big No No. Feelings change, but the mess we made usually doesn’t, at least not right away. So, please, please, please wait on God.
We can’t get out there and just do whatever we want to do without thinking about the consequences. Then when we have created that mess, we go crying to God for help because He did not bless your mess. You can’t expect God to change a situation that you did not first seek Him on or He did not put you in. But, that’s what we do. Make a mess of things and go running to Daddy to fix it. Not going to happen.
This is why it is so important to have that one on one relationship with God. We need it, more than you will ever know. So, start talking to God about what you are doing and stop making messes that you can’t fix. Remember, God Don’t Bless Mess!!! God Bless 🙂

God gave us a way to escape getting into mess when He said in Proverbs 3:5,6 Trust in Him with all our heart and not lean to our own understanding, in all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our path. It is easy to get in a mess than to get out of one therefore, consult God First to avoid one.. great lesson Kwen.
