Have a Safe and Blessed Christmas

Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s had a blessed week so far. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, so there’s two more days of shopping if you have not finished. I pray that you have because these last two days will be last minute shopping mad house. Just continue to stay safe if you have to be out there.

With only a couple of days left before Christmas, I am sure we all have a lot to do. Whether it’s preparing Christmas dinner or getting ready for family to arrive. Today and tomorrow in my house, I will be busy in the kitchen so that I will be able to enjoy Christmas Day, without cooking all day. I want to sit back with my wonderful husband and enjoy Jesus on Christmas Day. All of our children will be at home celebrating Christmas with their families, staying safe. I know this Christmas will be a lot different than in the past, but better safe now than sorry later. Thank God for face time and zoom, we can still see each other in a safe way.

I had the privilege of viewing the Christmas Star Monday night and it was so amazing. I stood and looked at it and just imagined what it was like that glorious night. What an awesome thing for God to allow us to be able to see in our day and time, during the week of Christmas. God is so good to us. As the Christmas song says, “Joy to the world, the Lord is come. Let earth receive her King. Let every heart prepare Him room.” What a beautiful reminder of what Christmas is all about, Jesus.

So, with all of that being said, I am going to end my blog for today and get started with my cooking. Please, if you have to go out for anything, wear your mask, wash your hands and don’t get too close to others. Have a safe and blessed Christmas. God Bless 🙂
