Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s having a safe and blessed week so far. I was out this morning in the cool doing some yard work and it was nice. It was cloudy and the breeze was cool, perfect weather for yard work. God will always provide what you need when you need it, if you just trust Him. Hallelujah.
Today I would like to share a few verses from the Book of Psalm. I believe they will bless you this morning, if you really think about what you are reading. Read it, meditate on what you are reading, and give God all the praise and glory.
Psalm 62:1-2 reads, ” (1)Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation. (2)He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.”
Psalm 62:5-8 reads, “(5)My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. (6)He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. (7)In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God. (8)Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah.”
Psalm 63:1-5 reads, “(1)O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. (2)So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory. (3)Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You. (4)Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. (5)My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.”
Doesn’t that just make you want to lift your hands and your voice to heaven and begin to praise our Heavenly Father. How can you read such beautiful Psalms and not want to praise God. Just reading those verses touches my heart in such a powerful way. It puts me in that place where I know that I know that I know that my God loves me. It is amazing when you are praising and worshiping and loving on God and you can feel Him loving on you back. It is an awesome feeling. Let Him usher you into that place, you will never want to leave. God Bless π
