Today I would like to share the lyrics from a praise and worship song that I exercise to. It is an old song by Fred Hammond and I love it because of what he is saying. It is actually part of my daily prayer and when I exercise to it, my workout is amazing. I am actually feeling what it is saying, mentally, physically and spiritually. Sometimes when I am working out on my exercise machine, it doesn’t seem like it can go fast enough because that song makes me want to take off running, lol. It is just that powerful.
The name of the song is “Jesus Be A Fence Around Me” and you can also listen to it on you tube. Trust me, there is absolutely no way you can listen to this song and sit still, not possible. Listen to it and you will know exactly what I am talking about. This song could actually be a daily prayer, singing, praising, worshipping, and praying all at the same time. God Bless 🙂
