Yesterday during my Bible reading, I thought about a lot of things that are going on in the world around us. Which led me to see what the Bible had to say about all of this chaos we are witnessing today. It was amazing at all of the scriptures that prophesy and warns us about the days that are upon us. This is why it is so important to read and study your Bible, then you will understand more of what is going on in the world. All of these events that are taking place right now are in the Bible. So, it should not be too much of a surprise to you when it happens. It’s just the Word of God being fulfilled at the times that He said it would happen.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 reads, “But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!”
Luke 21:11 reads, “And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.”
Matthew 24:7 reads, “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.”
Matthew 24:6 reads, “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”
Matthew 24:36 reads, “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.”
Matthew 24:44 reads, ” Therefore you also be ready, for the Son is coming at an hour you do not expect.”
Luke 21:36 reads, ” Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
Matthew 24:37 reads, “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
So, the few scriptures that I shared with you points out the things that are happening in the world today. All of the signs are there, we are definitely living in the end times and Jesus is on His way back. Read your Bible and pay attention to the times. Watch and Pray. God Bless 🙂
Prayer
Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Your Son and our Lord and Savior. Giving You all of the honor, praise and glory that belongs to You. Thanking You not just for what You do in our lives, but for who You are in our lives. Father, we thank You for Jesus and the Holy Spirit for leading and guiding us on this journey, helping us to be obedient and understand Your Holy Word. Understanding it in a way that we can apply it to our lives and live daily for You. Being obedient and following all of Your instructions, especially where You instruct us to keep watch and pray always. Trusting and believing You in all things in Jesus Name. Amen
