Good Tuesday Morning Blog Family. Praying that you and your family made time to get before the Father this morning in prayer and thanksgiving. Thanking Him and praising Him for another day that He has made and allowed you to be a part of it. Thank You Jesus.
There was a post that I read on my Facebook page and it was a reading from the Bible. There were a lot of Amens that followed and one of them was mine. I have put the post below so that you may read it too and know what we are Amening about. Please read below 2 Timothy 3:1-5.
The Dangers of the Last Days
“3 You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. 2 For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. 3 They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. 4 They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. 5 They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!”
Now, tell me if this is not truly what we are seeing everyday? This passage of scripture is describing everyday life for a lot of people. This is really sad, because in these last days if you do not belong to God, you are headed for destruction. If you have never read the Book of Revelation, you should take some time and do so. Those will be horrible times, hell right here on earth for those that are left behind. Now I do know that the ones left behind will have another chance to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but why go through all of that unnecessary stuff? Why not just accept Jesus now and give your life to Him and leave with Him when He returns. There is nothing in this world or on this earth that they are doing that is so important that they can’t give up and quit doing for Jesus. NOTHING!!!
Look at all of the people that are described in the above Scriptures. I pray that you are not one of them and if you are then you need to make some changes and get right before it is too late. We are definitely living in the last days and time is running out to get your life together before the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Just know that when you hear people that they have a little more time to do what they are doing and then they will change, they may not have as much time as they think they do. If you have any friends or family members that are described in 2 Timothy 3:1-5, my suggestion is to try and talk with them and show them in the Bible what they are headed for if they don’t make some serious changes. Don’t just let them go to hell without knowing that you tried to help them change their lives. Let it be their choice to not change, but not because you didn’t try to help them. God gave everyone a choice.
If you have not already given your life to Christ and a member of the family of God, then you need to make some changes. Here is another chance to accept Jesus and get your life right before it is too late. Romans 10:9-11 reads, “That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” God Bless 🙂
Prayer
Father God, we come to You in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Your Son and our Lord and Savior. Giving You all of the glory, honor and praise that belongs to You. Thanking You for giving us Your Son Jesus and Your precious Holy Spirit. Help those that do not know You to get to know You so that they me accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We know that the end time are drawing near and we also know that You do not wish to see anyone perish. Lead and guide us to do what we can to help not let that happen, help us to help other know You and accept You. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
