Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family and how’s everyone doing this beautiful day that the Lord has made? I pray that we are all rejoicing and being glad in it and being very grateful and thankful. Praise God. I have a mouse pad on my desk that has one of my favorite scriptures written on it. As I sit at my computer every morning, that scripture is right there to remind me to trust God no matter what. The scripture I am referring to is Proverbs 3:5-6 which reads, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and…

Our Good, Good Shepherd
Good Tuesday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s having a safe and blessed week so far. Ready to start a brand new week in the Lord filled with His grace and mercy. Such a beautiful Summer morning, even though it’s cloudy and expected to rain. Praise God. I was reading one of my devotions and it was talking about the dark valleys and shepherds. It talked about how shepherds keep their sheep in the low lands where the grazing is good. Then when the weather changes they will herd them to the top of the mountains where the grass is good for grazing. Although there will be good grazing at…

Be Still And Know That He Is God
Good Monday Morning Blog Family. Today is the start of a brand new week, full of the goodness of God and all of His grace and mercy. Don’t you just get excited when You think about how good He is to us and how much He loves us, I know I get very excited. Thank You Jesus. So, I was reading my devotions and doing some reading and studying one Friday morning after posting Friday’s Prayer. I was reading about being in the presence of God, being still and listening to what He had to say. Go instructs us in Psalm 46:10 to “Be still, and know that I am…

Friday’s Prayer – Our Help Comes From The Lord
Good Friday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s having an awesome Friday in the Lord. Thank You Jesus. Today as our Friday’s Prayer, I decided to use Psalm 121 as our prayer. Psalm 121 A song of ascents. 1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. 3 He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber;4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand;6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;8 the Lord will…

Living Out Proverbs 3:5-6
Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s doing well, staying safe and blessed in Jesus Name. Thank You Jesus. As I was reading my devotions this morning, it was placed on my heart to share a little bit of it with all of you. I believe I also shared part of my devotion with with you a few weeks ago that was written by Dr. Mark Jones. Please read below: “Proverbs 3:5-6 says, ” Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.” This passage mentions four…

Always Wait On God
Good Tuesday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s having a safe and blessed week so far. Make sure to get before God this morning before you start your day. God will always provide what you need when you need it, if you just trust Him. Hallelujah. Today I would like to share a few verses from the Book of Psalm. I believe they will bless you this morning, if you really think about what you are reading. Read it, meditate on what you are reading, and give God all the praise and glory. Psalm 62:1-2 reads, ” (1)Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation. (2)He…

Sometimes We Just Talk Too Much
Good Monday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone had a safe and blessed Easter weekend and ready for a new week in the Lord. Praise God. If you are not familiar with Nehemiah, I suggest you read the Book of Nehemiah in your Bible. God had given Nehemiah a job to do and gave him instructions. So, Nehemiah knew what he was supposed to do and followed all of God’s instructions. He kept everything God had told him to himself, he didn’t feel the need to go out and discuss it with anybody else. He didn’t even discuss his plans with the people that were going to help him until…

God Is Still A Good God and Still In Control
Good Thursday Morning Blog Family. Praying everyone’s doing well and keeping God first in everything and all things. Praise God. This morning I want to talk a little about the goodness of God. If all I said was “God is good” that would be enough. We have all made the statement “God is good all the time and all the time God is good,” and that is so true. Do you actually believe that when you say it? Do you allow the goodness of God to show in your everyday life? Do you remember how good God is when things in your life are not so good? We must remember,…

The Perilous Pestilence
Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. I pray this blog finds everyone whole, healthy, healed and complete in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Praise God. In case you are not sure what a perilous pestilence is, I am going to give you a very good example. First, I am going to give you the definition of these two words and then I will give you an example. Perilous means “danger.” Pestilence means, “any infectious, fatal disease that is widespread, any epidemic disease that is highly contagious, infectious.” So, looking at these two word definitions, I think a very good example would be the coronavirus. Now, for a peace of mind during…
