Good Wednesday Morning Blog Family. We have made it to the middle of another week and still safe blessed. Won’t He do it? Yes He will, every time. Praise God.
I would like to take a few minutes to say thank you to all of my wonderful Blog Family. Yesterday, which was Tuesday the 4th of May, was my 2 year anniversary for my website “Mornings With God – agodmorningcom.” Some of you have been with me from the very beginning, May 4, 2019, and it is truly a blessing. You have been committed followers of my Blog and you are so appreciated. I thank God for you and your dedication to what He has called me to do. Thank You, Thank You and Thank You. May God continue to richly bless you and your family.
I am sure we have all been around people that only seem to pray when something is going wrong. They only find time to talk to God when something is wrong or they need something that only He can provide. You know, like how your children grow up and move away from home and the only time you hear from them is when they need something. We as parents have all been there with our children, but we love them anyway. I believe this is the same way God looks at us, His children. We only pray and come to Him when we need something, but He still loves us just the same. Because nothing can separate us from the love of God. Romans 8:38-39 reads, “38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Isn’t it good that God doesn’t love us according to the love that we show and give Him? Because if that is how He loved us, then some of us would receive no love at all. This is why it is so important to spend that one on one time with our Heavenly Father when ever we can. Even when we feel we don’t have enough time, we need to make time. God gave us 24 hours in a day, so surely we can find some time for Him. Getting in His presence and just fellowshipping with Him, loving Him and allowing him to love us. Sitting in the quiet waiting to hear that still small voice that is always talking to us. But we get so busy in this noisy world and we can’t hear Him when He chooses to speak to us. Psalm 46:10 says to “Be still and know that I am God.” So, in the midst of us being still, He speaks to our hearts and our minds and fills them with only what can come from Him. His holy and magnified Word.
So, regardless of the kind of day you had or having or the battles you are facing. Always find time to spend that much needed time with the Father. You will see there is no better way to release the stress, calm the nerves, and find that peace that surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:7 reads, “ and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” God Bless 🙂
