Good Monday Morning Blog Family. I pray everyone’s doing well this morning and safe. Following instructions and staying in, even if some things have opened back up. But, if you have to go out, please use a mask and keep your distances. Yes, God protects us but He also gives us common sense. Thank You Jesus.
This morning I would like to remind everyone, that no matter what we are going through, no matter what lies ahead, no matter what we might be faced with, God Is Still God. I want you to just stop and take a minute and put all of your focus on God and who He is. Whenever I do this, I am always still amazed at who God is. The All Powerful Creator of the universe is my Heavenly Father and He cares for and loves me very much. He is my Daddy and I am His child. So, I want to share a few scriptures this morning that just talks about who God is. Praise God.
Psalm 47:8 reads, God reigns over the nations; God is seated on His holy throne.” Psalm 46:1 reads, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 17:6-8 reads, “I call on You, my God, for You will answer me; turn Your ear to me and hear my prayer. Show me the wonders of Your great love, You who save by Your right hand those who take refuge in You from their foes. Keep me as the apple of Your eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings.” God is so awesome. This is why we have to stay connected to and focused on Him, not just for what He does in our lives, but for who He is in our lives.
Numbers 23:19 reads, “God is not human, that He should lie, not a human being, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?” So, if He said it, He will do it, He will bring it to pass. God is God and He cannot lie. Even though we know that the sky is blue, if God said the sky is red. Guess what? The sky will become red because God said the sky is red. What ever God says, if it is not that before He speaks, it will become that after He speaks. Praise God. Hebrews 13:8 reads, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” We may change and we do, but He never changes. He is an amazing God.
Psalm 62:5-8 reads, “Yes, my soul find rest in God; my hope comes from Him. Truly He is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my Honor depend on God; He is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.” Is that not beautiful and amazing. Praise the Mighty Name of Jesus. Hallelujah. I’m about to preach myself happy this morning. Glory!
This is what I am talking about. When I am given what I am to blog about. It is not just for you, it is for me too. Just reading and typing these scriptures on who God is, it touches me in a powerful way. It makes me want to get up from this chair and take off running. God is so good and when you know He is good, not just from reading or hearing about how good He is. But, when you know for yourself who God is and how good He is, it is amazing. So, get in the Word and continue to read about who God is and how good He is to you and I. Stay focused on Him and not the news media and all of the negative things going on in the world today. God knows about everything going on.
If God is the All Powerful Creator of the universe and He is. Does God know what He’s doing? Yes He does. Don’t you think He is bigger than covid-19? Yes He is. Faith in God over fear. God is still on His throne and He is still in control. Just trust Him. God Bless 🙂
